Choose from two levels of membership with EB Training Group

That’s not six people with five years of experience each! EB Training Group was formed in 2026, by the merger of Four Training Groups that date back to 1972. Created by builders, for builders. Read more about our history here.
Not for profit
The formation of the group relied on recruiting the best people, rather than building a company on cheap, inexperienced staff. We hold true to this today; all members’ fees are put back into making the service better for our members.

Training on Demand
The most affordable way to meet the needs of smaller construction companies.

We will act as your competent health and safety advisors. This can then be used for your CHAS or SSIP accreditation.

We have a team of people, no call centers, who will be on hand to talk to you about any issues you may have. If needed we can come to see you to discuss matters.

From site inspections to help with documentation and accreditation; from training to major accident investigations - access our services at discounted prices.

When you sign up, we’ll be happy to carry out a full review of your health and safety policy and provide practical feedback on any improvements that can be made at discounted rates.

Ensure that your policies (company and site-specific) remain up-to-date with current trends and legislation.

Collaboration is key; once your needs and options are understood, bespoke documents can be supplied for the project you’re undertaking.

Experienced site advisors (with a construction background) will advise you on what's happening, using industry benchmarks as a reference. We aim to not only give guidance on what’s happening on site now, but also advise on what you’re going to be doing and the risks in coming months.

Inspections feed data into your online portal and regular reports. They keep you up to date with the trends on your sites and across your group.

In the unlikely event that a serious accident happens, we'll provide full support through the investigation process and subsequent paperwork.

Trainers with a construction background
All of our trainers have extensive practical experience - much more than book knowledge! They are able to train on topics with real world experience.

All members have their own web portal where reports are given and updated; real-time analytics will show you the state of play at any time. Information can be accessed quickly and easily.

Based in East Anglia and the Home Counties with offices and advisors located strategically, to provide rapid response should the need arise.
Back office support
It's good to know the names of the people you are working with and to build long-term relationships. You'll soon become familiar with the team here at EB Safety Group; we're not a frustrating call centre, you need answers fast.
