Chris Franklin
Managing HS Advisor - CM IOSH
Having started his career building boats for 4 years, Chris started working for a steelwork manufacturer as a project manager. As the business grew, he took on the mantel of Quality Manager and then HSE Manager.
He has worked in many construction sectors including some time with a National House Builder as part of their National HSE team, setting national expectations. He has experience throughout the many build stages and has undertaken domestic house builds through to 14 story R.C Frame jobs with 7 Tower Cranes, at any one time. Chris has implemented 18001 (now 45001), 9001 and 14001 systems thought his career.
Personal interests: Bikes, swimming, running and DIY

Emma Fennings-Mills
Senior Regional HS Advisor - Occupational Safety Practices MIIRSM CMIOSH
Emma has extensive knowledge of the construction industry specialising in advanced / complex scaffolding projects. She has held a management role for many years; her experience extending to managing the H&S for large public events as well as factories.
Related safety, Construction safety, Civil engineering and refurbishment safety including recording and maintenance records in compliance with policy are some of the things Emma specialises in.
Personal interests: Sailing, cycling, reading and cooking

Hayley Cornwell
Group Training Officer
Hayley brings over 18 years of experience within the construction industry, specialising in compliance, training, and employee development. As the former Group Training Officer for Essex Construction Training Association (ECTA), she has built strong relationships across the industry and developed a passion for helping businesses invest in their people. She continues to bring this experience to her role at EB Training Group (our dedicated Training Division), working closely with employers and learners to support their training and development .
Personal Interests: Spending time with her horses, being a football mum to her two young boys, and making the most of time outdoors with her family.

Claudia Roberts
HS Administrator
Claudia spent many years with the Highways team across East Anglia, developing extensive administrative expertise that now strengthens our operations through her organisational skills and industry knowledge.
She manages site inspections and the advisors' diaries, produces H&S policies and COSHH templates, and works closely with our members to provide ongoing support and ensure they have the resources they need. Her proactive approach and attention to detail help keep projects running efficiently and compliantly.
Personal interests: She has a love for her horse, her German Shepherd and travelling (esp back home to Germany).

Melinda Young
HS Administrator
Melinda brings a wealth of experience in new-build construction, where she has developed a strong understanding of on-site operations, project delivery, and health and safety practices.
She plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, managing the company website and LinkedIn updates, producing monthly analytics and safety bulletins, and supporting ISO compliance through document control and process management. Her varied role helps keep the business organised, connected, and continually improving.
Personal Interests: Playing netball, baking and spending time with her family.

Tim Osborne
Regional HS Advisor - CMIOSH, OSHCR, Dip RSA
Tim has been with the company for over 12 years and prior to this gained many years' experience in the glass, structural glazing, windows, and doors industry. He has used this knowledge to build a successful career in health and safety across both manufacturing and site environments and has attained Chartered Membership of IOSH.
He brings valuable experience in monitoring subcontractor operations on site and a practical, proactive approach to the team. More recently, Tim has completed ISO 14001 Environmental Auditing training, further strengthening his expertise in supporting our clients.
Personal interests: Cycling and Walking

Nick Pulham
Regional HS Advisor - Dip SM, MIIRSM, RSP
Nick has been with the company for over 12 years and brings extensive experience from his time working within the construction industry. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong understanding of health and safety, including successfully supporting a small building contractor to progress from the bottom of a health and safety league points system to become the top contractor in the South East of England.
His practical knowledge, industry experience, and commitment to improving standards continue to provide valuable support to our clients and the wider team.
Recently received ISO 14001 Environmental Auditing training.
Personal interests: Golf, travel and football

Andy Moore
Regional HS Advisor - Tech IOSH
Andy joins us with 24 years experience at a five-star housebuilder, offering strong industry knowledge and first-hand inspection experience that will be invaluable to our members.
He will be covering Essex and London surrounding areas.
Personal interests: Fresh air walks with his rescue site hound. Along with bike rides swimming and being a big Leeds United Fan.

Jacob Enwunli-Nwolley
Regional HS Advisor - Tech IOSH
Jacob has over 10 years of experience across the Construction, Energy & Utilities, and Oil & Gas sectors and is passionate about creating safer workplaces.
He has been working in the UK since August 2023, bringing with him extensive experience providing HSEQ support on major projects in Ghana.
Jacob will be supporting clients across London and the Home Counties.
Personal Interests: Volleyball and Walking.
