We believe in the power of in-person training
Effective training plays a vital role in reducing accidents. While online training courses can be effective and certainly tick many boxes, we firmly believe that on-site training delivers the greatest impact and effectiveness.
Accident rates are high among construction workers. Site safety should be a top priority for any firm, not just for the sake of the business and the workers, but also for other individuals on site.
Training from specialists
We understand the importance of professional training within the industry - whether it’s gaining new qualifications, refreshing existing knowledge, or maintaining compliance standards.
While we do not directly deliver specialist courses such as First Aid at Work, SMSTS, or similar accredited training, we can source suitable courses through trusted providers and coordinate the process on your behalf.
Training will be delivered by experienced specialists with the relevant materials prepared, and they will be able to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have throughout the course.
E-learning
We know that high-quality training is essential for maintaining standards, compliance, and professional development. Whilst we continue to strongly value and promote face-to-face training wherever possible, we also recognise that attending in-person courses is not always practical for everyone.
To help meet this need, we are now offering access to a comprehensive range of e-learning courses as a training partner of iHasco.
Certifications in one place
Managing staff training can quickly become overwhelming. Many employees hold more than a dozen certificates, each with different renewal dates, refresher requirements, and compliance obligations. Keeping track of qualifications, arranging refresher courses, and maintaining an up-to-date training schedule can easily become a full-time responsibility in itself.
