Introducing EB Training Group

Following the CITB’s announcement of significant changes to its funding and grant system earlier this year, we have taken proactive steps to ensure our members continue to have access to high-quality, affordable training solutions.

We are pleased to introduce EB Training Group, a dedicated training division under EB Safety Group, focused specifically on delivering a comprehensive range of training provisions, including construction and industry-based courses, specialist training, and an expanded portfolio of online learning options.

The division will be led by Hayley Cornwell, who many members will already recognise from her involvement with ECTA, where she has supported the delivery of training provision. Hayley also brings valuable experience from the wider training sector, further strengthening our ability to support members with their ongoing training requirements.

EB Training Group will deliver the same trusted training function previously provided through ECTA, with no changes to the service, support, or experience our members receive. Bringing the training provision under the EB Safety Group structure allows us to further develop and expand our offering while continuing to meet the evolving needs of the construction and wider industry sectors.

Through this dedicated training division, we aim to provide members with greater flexibility, value, and access to the skills development they need.
